The Management or Supported Services can be terminated by either party by giving not less than three months’ written notice.

In the event that the Landlord should terminate the Agreement, the Landlord agrees to pay the Agent a termination fee equivalent to 3.2 calendar months of Rent including VAT

If the Agent is in Fundamental Breach of Obligation, the Landlord will be entitled to give the Agent one month’s written notice of such breach and if the Agent fails to remedy such breach within such period then it is agreed that service provided by the Agent may be terminated and no further fees will become due or payable.
