Energy Efficiency (Private Rented Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015 ( amended 2018 )

Ensure the following mandatory documentation has been received and receipted by the Tenants at the beginning of the initial Tenancy

How to Rent Guide
DPS Terms and Conditions
Gas Safety Certificate
Electrical Installation Condition Report
Energy Performance Certificate
Test smoke and carbon dioxide detectors are in date and working

Ensure Right to Rent verification is satisfied at the at the beginning of the initial Tenancy

Collect and transfer the deposit to you to lodge with the Deposit Protection Service in accordance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme Rules
Collect and forward 1st months rent to Landlord
Prepare and submit 1st months statement to you.
