Termination Fees

Pre Tenancy

The Landlord may withdraw their instruction to commence marketing activities, provided that the Agent is reimbursed for all services rendered up to the date of withdrawal, such reimbursement being calculated in line with our advertised marketing fees.

Mid Tenancy

The Management Service can be terminated by either party by giving not less than three months’ written notice at any time.

In the event that the Landlord should terminate the Agreement, the Landlord agrees to pay the Agent a termination fee equivalent to 3.2 calendar months of Rent including VAT

If the Agent is in fundamental breach of their obligations, the Landlord shall be entitled to serve the Agent with one month’s written notice specifying the breach. If the Agent fails to remedy the breach within that period, the Landlord may terminate the services provided by the Agent, and no further fees shall become due or payable.
