This service offers a comprehensive scope of provisions and governance and is designed to deliver complete peace of mind with minimal input from Landlords. It conprises of 3 stages which are designed to be taken as a whole.
Fees
Stage 1 ( initial fee of 60% including VAT of 1 month’s rent )
Stage 2 ( monthly fee of 14.4% including VAT of 1 month’s rent )
Stage 3 ( annual fee of 30% including VAT of 1 months )
